Does Charity decrease Wealth?
Abu Huraira reported Allaah’s Messenger (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) as saying: charity does not in any way decrease the wealth and the servant who forgives, Allaah adds to his respect, and the one who shows humility, Allaah elevates him in the estimation (of the people). (Muslim,6264)

Allah says in the Qur’an:
"Who is he that will lend to Allâh a goodly loan so that He may multiply it to him many times? And it is Allâh that decreases or increases (your provisions), and unto Him you shall return." (2:245)

subhan allah giving charity will never decrease our wealth.so dont wait till you earn more,give charity in what ever small or big way you can.
