Kindness

'Abdullah b. Umar reported Allaah's Prophet (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) as saying: The finest act of goodness is that a person should treat kindly the loved ones of his father (Muslim, 6193).

It is a good virtue of the life of a person to treat everyone with kindness.  Kindness like happiness is reciprocation.  You need to give, for you to get.
