“O my Lord! Open for me my chest (grant me self-confidence, contentment, and boldness) “And ease my task for me; “And loose the knot (the defect) from my tongue, (i.e. remove the incorrectness from my speech)” “That they understand my speech” (20:25-28)

BismillahiRahmanirRaheem (In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful)

www.areweprepared.ca is part of a small effort to spread the Message of Peace and help and prepare first and foremost ‘our team’ and all who happens to log into this website, for an inevitable journey of Akhirah (the Hereafter).

Are we prepared to live a life acceptable by Allah? Are we prepared for the last breath? Are we prepared for the life in Al Barzakh? Are we prepared to meet Allah? – This is the theme We chose for this website.

In order to be prepared for all this, we need to make sure we live our life to satisfy Allah alone. But how do we satisfy Allah?

Our main intention for starting this blog was that we all can gather information on the various aspects of Islam so that we can increase our knowledge which will help us to live our life as per the teachings of the Qu`ran and the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammed(SAW) which in turn will help us for the hereafter.

“It is only those who have knowledge among His slaves that fear Allah.” (35:28)

We request your help in giving feedback and also contributing with articles and materials.

Let’s pray that Allah makes it easy for us and we all gain knowledge which we can implement in our life and help our friends and families practice what we learn.

“Allah will exalt in degree those of you who believe, and those who have been granted knowledge.” (58:11)
رَّبِّ زِدۡنِى عِلۡمً۬ا

“My Lord! Increase me in knowledge.” (20:114)
