The End of Journey
Allah says in the Qur'an:
"Whatsoever is on it (the earth) will perish. And the face of your Lord full of Majesty and Honor will remain forever." (55:26-27)
"Verily, you (O Muhammad SAW) will die and verily, they (too) will die." (39: 30)
"Wheresoever you may be, death will overtake you even if you are in fortresses built up strong and high!" And if some good reaches them, they say, "This is from Allâh," but if some evil befalls them, they say, "This is from you (O Muhammad SAW)." Say: "All things are from Allâh," so what is wrong with these people that they fail to understand any word? (4:78)
Abu Huraira (ra) narrates that the Prophet (saw) said, "The life span of my followers is between sixty and seventy. Very few of them do exceed this age." (Tirmidhi)
The Prophet (saw) said: "Always remember the destroyer of pleasure." (Tirmidhi)
