Invocations for rising from the Ruku
“سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ”.
Sami’allaahu liman hamidah.
Allah hears whoever praises Him.
(Reference: Al-Bukhari)
“رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ، حَمْداً كَثِيراً طَيِّباً مُبَارَكاً فِيهِ”.
Rabbanaa wa lakal-hamd, hamdan i katheeran tayyiban mubaarakanfeeh.
Our Lord, praise is Yours, abundant, good and blessed praise.

This should be told when we are rising from the rukoo position.
"رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ، حَمْداً كَثِيراً طَيِّباً مُبَارَكاً فِيهِ".
This should be told when we are standing after the rukoo and before going for sujood
subhan allah by knowing the meaning of the ayats we all can concerntrate more while praying.May ALLAH help you in spreading the knowledge of deen.ameen.
