Looking here and there during the prayer
Narrated ‘Aisha: I asked the Prophet about one’s looking here and there during the prayer. He replied, “It is what Satan steals from the prayer of any one of you.” (Bukhari, 3069)

Prayer is very important and we should perfom it with much concentration.In surah maaun allah cursed people who is careless about their prayer.There are three things which you can practise in prayer to get more concentration
1.Think that this is your last prayer in your life
2.keep in mind that we are standing infront of allah
3.Try to learn the meaning of the dikrs we are chanting during prayer
may allah accept our prayers
