Speaking about the Qur’an
Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas: Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said, He who speaks about the Qur’an on the basis of his personal opinion (only) will find his abode in Hell-Fire. In another version (the words are): He who speaks about the Qur’an without sound knowledge of it, will find his abode in Hell-Fire [Tirmidhi, 234].
Umm Sahl, your sister in Islam, a wife and mother of 3 beautiful blessed babies
may Allah protect from saying things about our religion for which we don’t have sound knowledge…rather saying "i don’t know" is much much preferable in cases where we really don’t possess authentic knowledge about that particular subject under discussion
