Fasting? In a State of Janabah?

`Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) would wake up at Fajr time in a state of Janabah; so he would take bath before dawn and observe fasting. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
